Over £2700 raised for Hull and East Yorkshire Mind!

By November 21, 2019No Comments

We want to say a massive thank you to Anthony Snow and Siobhan Windass at Barclays, King Edward Street in Hull, who held a fundraising charity football match in aid of Hull and East Yorkshire Mind and raised £1357.04. This was then matched by Barclays, so the total donated to our charity is a whopping £2714.08.

Explaining why they chose to do the event in support of Hull and East Yorkshire Mind, Anthony said:

“We are delighted with the amount raised for Hull and East Yorkshire Mind and would like to thank everyone who supported us to make this happen. Barclays encourages us to get involved in the causes we care about. I have seen how important it is that people get the support they need but know that not everyone is aware of the great work that Hull and East Yorkshire Mind does.

It’s about giving back our skills, time and energy to support our local communities – so we’re thrilled to have raised this money and helped to raise awareness of the support available.”

Thank you for helping us to change lives
