At times we can all feel overwhelmed with our problems and feel alone. Sometimes it’s reassuring to hear that there are other people who are going through similar difficulties in life.

Stress Management

We know that more serious mental health problems can be avoided if people get the help they need much earlier and this is why we put together our Stress Management Courses.

Short Courses

We have an ongoing programme of mental health specialist courses to enable you to gain new coping skills and self-help techniques.

Peer Support Group

Support is based on sharing experiences and agreeing a reason for meeting.  Peer support can improve your emotional health, wellbeing and sense of belonging.

Art Therapy

Arts and creative therapies are treatments which involve using arts-based activities in a therapeutic environment, with the support of a trained professional.
