At a recent presentation held at All Saints’ Church Hessle the local Saints and Sinners group made a cheque presentation for £1100 to the mental health charity Hull and East Yorkshire Mind. The money was raised from their very successful pantomime production of “Cinderella”, held in February, and represented a record charitable donation for the group

Marie-Louise Robinson, Community Fundraiser at Hull and East Yorkshire Mind said: “We are so grateful to everyone involved in the Saints and Sinners pantomime for this generous donation. It’s a fabulous amount to have raised, and putting on a pantomime is a great way to have fun whilst fundraising!

“Hull and East Yorkshire Mind provides support and advice to local people who are experiencing mental health difficulties, and this donation will help us to continue our work to raise awareness, and help them to get well and change their lives.”
