Improve your sleep workshop
Sleep is the foundation of good mental health so understanding what happens when we sleep and what disrupts our sleep can be very important to our mental health and wellbeing. This workshop covers these things and gives some tips and techniques and where to go for more help to achieve good quality sleep and thus improve our mental wellbeing.
Mindfulness and meditation are useful tools to help manage stress, depression and anxiety. This workshop will introduce delegates to these practices and give an opportunity to try them out in a safe non-judgmental environment.
