Mindworks – Wellbeing at Work

MindWorks provide specialist training in a wide variety of areas affected by mental health.

Introduction

1 in 6 working age adults will experience signs and symptoms which would meet the criteria for a diagnosable mental health illness, such as anxiety or depression. By training people to spot the signs and symptoms early things can be prevented form escalating and people can access important early support.

As the training arm of Hull & East Yorkshire Mind and North East Lincolnshire Mind, Mindworks can draw upon over forty years of experience in supporting people with mental health issues. This knowledge and experience can be brought to the training, to give real life examples of how the learning can be implemented in the workplace. By booking training with Mindworks you can be safe in the knowledge that you are also supporting mental health services and support in your local community.
