World Mental Health Day is an annual awareness raising day.

Join us on 10 October and help us to reach out to people who may be struggling to cope. Help us to raise awareness at the following locations:

• Beverley Leisure Centre – 10am-4pm
• Bridlington Leisure Centre – 10am-4pm
• Goole Leisure Centre – 10am-4pm
• Withernsea Leisure Centre – 10am-4pm
• Tesco St Stephens Hull – 10am-4pm
