‘Ways 2 Wellbeing’ is a 6 week programme designed to improve your mental health and wellbeing and provide you with the tools you need to help keep you well. You will create your own action plan and identify your own personal goals using an evidence based system. We will help you to keep track of the positive changes you make. Each session includes time to discuss interesting topics and also time to make friends over a cuppa and a biscuit.

The start dates of the next courses are as follows:

  • Hull – Wednesday 20th February – 10:30am – 12:30pm at Wellington House
  • Bridlington – Tuesday 2nd April – 10:00am – 12:00pm at Old Parcels Office
  • Hessle – Friday 1st March – 11am – 1pm – at Hessle Town Hall
  • Goole – Wednesday 20th February – 12:45 – 2:45pm at The Adult Learning Centre
  • Withernsea – Wednesday 20th February 1pm – 3pm at The Jack Gledhill Centre
  • Beverley – Friday 5th April 1pm – 3pm at Toll Gavel Church
