Charity Places

Run For All Hull 10k – June 2020

The Run for All Hull 10k is a fantastic event for everyone from beginners to seasoned athletes. This flat course takes in lots of Hull’s sights and landmarks, starting and finishing in the city centre. A great distance to aim for whilst raising money for charity at the same time.

The Great North Run- September 2020

This iconic race is the world’s largest half-marathon with over 50,000 participants. The route takes in the city streets of Newcastle, awesome Tyne Bridge and stunning coastal views of South Shields. Be one of the 50,000 and run for team HeyMind this September.

Other events

The Humber Bridge Half Marathon

The Humber Bridge Half Marathon is a wonderful not-for-profit event that takes in Hull’s most iconic landmark- the Humber Bridge, an incredible 2,220-metre single-span suspension bridge. Take on this challenge for Hull and East Yorkshire Mind this year.

Tough Mudder

Not just a run, tough mudder tests your stamina, strength and determination with a series of mud-splattered obstacles. Best of all, it’s a team effort meaning you’ll have an incredible time with your mates too! Available at a number of locations and in different lengths, there’s a challenge for everyone.

The Hull Marathon and relays

A flat, varied course that even gives you a stadium finish, the Hull Marathon is an incredibly popular event with runners. You’ll take in Hull’s Old Town, docks and marina area and of course, the iconic Humber Bridge. To top all of this, it can even be run as a 2 person or 4 person relay!


Doing a sponsored parachute jump for charity is a great way to raise money for a cause that’s close to your heart. What’s more, you can test your nerves and have lots of fun in the process!
