Mental Elf is back!

Join us this December for a 5k family fun run.

That's right.. Mental Elf is back for Christmas 2023! Sponsored by Hull Fibre.

What better way to kick-start your festive period than with a family run in the beautiful setting of East Park in Hull…dressed as an elf!

An active lifestyle not only keeps our bodies healthy, but it makes us feel good too! Our Mental Elf run will boost your own wellbeing, as well as helping others locally.

You can choose to walk or run the route on Sunday 3rd December at East Park. The event is open to all abilities and ages, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Discounts are available for family and group/corporate teams. Children under 5 are free.

Fancy dress is encouraged but not required. However, there will be prizes on the day. There will also range of festive activities for all of the family.

All participants will receive a medal and goody bag at the finish line.

Parking is available on site but is limited. East Park has great transport links including a direct bus route to and from the city centre.

Get involved and help us to change lives!

Fundraising

Ticket prices include a donation to Hull and East Yorkshire Mind but if you would like to make an additional donation or encourage friends and family to sponsor you, you can do so via our JustGiving campaign.

Volunteering

We really need volunteers in order to hold the event. If you would like to volunteer at Mental Elf 2023, we have a number of roles available.

Corporate Opportunities

We are looking to our incredible businesses in Hull and East Yorkshire to get involved in Mental Elf. It’s a great opportunity for some festive team building, with discounted group tickets available.

We also have some corporate sponsorship packages available. These will enable us to minimise our event costs, meaning more of the funds raised can go into providing our much needed community mental health support.

What better way to show your employees and colleagues that their mental health matters while helping a local charity make a real difference in your community.

Thank you to Lancashire Mind who created the original concept of Mental Elf.
